Happy Birthday Luna!

My sweet puppy is two years old today. I can't believe how much she has grown. And I can't imagine my life without her. When I first got her she was a tiny little thing.

 

Then she chewed on everything while learning  how to behave like a good little pup.

She met some other puppies

 Went on some hikes

 Played on the farm

 Went  hunting - and still does an amazing job as a bird dog!

 Loved wearing her backpack for long hikes

Went camping for the first time and gave me tons to laugh about and stories to tell.

 Enjoyed her first Bluegrass Festival and behaved like a grown up dog.

 Got to enjoy the Tetons and learned how to be a most excellent driving companion.

Her daddy is North Mountain Klingon Honor, MH (Master Hunter) more affectionately called Worf of course. Her bio-mom is Kira and her uncle is FC (Field Champion) North Mountain Number One, MH aka Riker. She looks just like her dad and has all the skills of a great hunter like her parents and uncle. But the most amazing thing she does is love me unconditionally. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't look at her and think, "I must be the luckiest person around to have such a sweet pup". Even when her youthful exuberance tries my patience I remind myself that I have the honor of being her adopted mom and will always love her. Happy Birthday little Luna!
