If Only These Critters Could Talk....

For those not able to watch, the video shows a woman's porch in Unalska, AK and the critters gathered there: two house kitties, a mature bald eagle, and a friendly red fox. It looks unbelievable at first but I can see it happening. But I really want them to be able to talk because it looks like there are there for a committee meeting and each is representing their constituents. What would they say? What is the meeting about? Get creative and give me some ideas in the comments below.
